RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN= Sending the product back to the store for various reasons.
EXCHANGE= Changing the product for other same product with different conditions such as size, color. Changing the product for store credit or for another product.
REFUND= Getting your money back.

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch within 20 days of product delivery before sending the product back.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error don’t despair we got you covered! We will have have the item replaced for free.

1- Take some pictures. Of the damaged goods for sure!!  Lay it flat with good lighting. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

2- Get in contact ASAP.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Get in contact with us by e- mail and we will guide you on the options on how to proceed.

Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
