P.O Box Yes? Or no?

Sorry, we do NOT not provide Deliveries to a P.O. Box. The customer must make every effort to obtain a street address. PO Boxes became a very common way for theft and scams. Please have a shipping address with you.

Claims of missing orders/items adressed to P.O. Boxes will not be accecpted and will not be covered for refunds.

 

Lost Items

Did you know, there are many houses in Australia that don’t mark their doors or mailboxes with a clear number?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items!

Sadly, if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address we won’t take responsibility for shipping costs.

Please specify all the quirks and the details for your address during checkout so delivery people will be able to succeed.

If you make a mistake on your order, we are willing to work it out as possible, but won’t be responsible for shipping costs.

False claims of missing packages won’t be taken care of. This means if the shipping company confirms delivery of your package we won’t be able to give a refund.
